The curriculum of the Department encompasses coursework relevant to both National Civil Service Examinations and domestic graduate school entrance exams, providing continuous guidance for students aspiring to pursue advanced studies. Since 2021, the Senior Grade 3 National Examination added the "Oceanic Administration" and "Oceanic Technology" categories. Multiple alumni have successfully passed these exams, demonstrating the Department's effectiveness in cultivating oceanography-related professional administrative and technical personnel. Courses related to the examination subjects are summarized in the table below and will be adjusted in response to future changes in examination subjects.
